WARRANTIES AND RETURNS
- The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal by contacting us following receipt of the goods, only for any defective products or goods that do not correspond to the one ordered. Returns will not be accepted for afterthought or reasons other than those mentioned.
- In order to request a possible replacement of defective or non-compliant items, the Customer must make a specific complaint to Sartex who may authorize the withdrawal of the products, for the necessary checks, by communicating the return code. The complaint can be communicated by e-mail or by telephone (E-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org - Telephone +390310352474).
- In the event that the alleged defect is found, Sartex will provide, within a reasonable period (10 working days), to re-credit the amount paid or alternatively to replace the product, if requested.
- Sartex reserves the right to charge the Customer for any costs incurred for the return of the returned product, if it is intact and free of the defects and faults complained of, differently from what was declared by the Customer.
