Round aluminium pizza peel Ø40cm with handle

Professional peel with a large-diameter round head (40 cm), ideal for handling classic and large pizzas. The head is made of aluminium to ensure maximum lightness and manoeuvrability during service. The tubular aluminium handle brings the total length to 164 cm, allowing you to safely reach the bottom of deep ovens.

The distinctive feature is the hybrid handle system: a fixed 34 cm wooden end piece and, most importantly, a 13 cm sliding wooden handle. This sliding element follows the pizza chef’s movements, making the process of placing the pizza in the oven smooth, precise and less tiring.
