18 mm cutter, the essential tool for cutting cardboard, plastic, carpet, rubber and thick materials in construction, warehousing and crafts. The wheel-lock system is its main strength: it guarantees a firm, unchanging grip on the blade, preventing it from retracting or slipping even when high force is applied (greater than snap-lock mechanisms).
