Helical log splitter wedge

Professional wood-splitting wedge with a helical (or twisted) profile, designed for quick and clean splitting of large logs or particularly hard and knotty wood. The torsion geometry generates continuous and uniform lateral expansion pressure as the wedge penetrates, separating the wood fibres with less effort than traditional flat wedges.

The model is equipped with anti-backlash grooves that improve grip and prevent the wedge from slipping out of the log between strikes, significantly increasing operator safety. Made from forged steel and coated with an epoxy finish that protects against rust and reduces friction during penetration.
