Why is it better to create an account?

I am a new customer, how can I get an account?

To obtain an account, register using the appropriate form. Following the necessary checks, the account will be activated and you will receive a confirmation message.

I am already a Sartex customer, what should I do?

If you are already a Sartex customer, request the activation of an account by registering. Following the necessary checks, the account will be activated and you will receive a confirmation message. You will then be able to see the prices reserved for you and place orders under the agreed conditions.


I am a private user, can I place an order?

We are B2B distributors aimed at businesses, we do not carry out retail sales.

What is the minimum order and how much is it?

The minimum order of € 100.00 excluding VAT is the minimum amount that must be reached from the total of your cart in order to proceed to check-out.

Do the prices shown on the site include VAT?

No, the prices indicated on the site are exclusive of VAT. VAT is calculated at check-out.

How long will it take for my order to be prepared?

Orders are usually processed within 48 working hours.

How much is shipping?

The shipment is made under the conditions agreed and confirmed upon approval of the account.

Where will my order be shipped from?

All orders are processed from our headquarters in Merone (CO).

How can I track my order?

Following the shipment of your order, you will receive by email the name and the courier code to be used to track your order.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

Should your order arrive damaged or with the packaging visibly compromised, you must make a written reservation to the courier and contact us by mail or telephone.

Yes, you can change or cancel an order by contacting us, by email or by phone, before shipping. In case of additions, it is also possible to place a new order through the site.

Payments, billing and refunds

How can I make a return?

You can exercise the right of withdrawal by contacting us following receipt of the goods, only for any defective products or goods that do not correspond to the one ordered. Returns will not be accepted for afterthought or reasons other than those mentioned. In the event that the alleged defect is found, Sartex will provide, within a reasonable period (10 working days), to re-credit the amount paid or alternatively to replace the product, if requested.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit or debit card payments from most payment circuits and payments via PayPal or Amazon Pay.

For customers with postpayments, the terms and methods of payment expressly agreed apply.
